Furnishing and equipment

The house was original a several hundred year old barn which got rebuild for habitation and extended with an extra floor in the 70's. It is 130 m2, in three floors, with 5 rooms, totally the house can sleep 8 to 10. There are 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet.

On the first floor you'll find  a spacious livingrooom with dining area and a characterful catalan fireplace and an open kitchen. From the kitchen and livingroom there is direct acces to a small sunny balcony.  On this floor are also a bathroom, separate toilet, a bedroom(double bed160x200 cm) and a combined bedroom and office(sofa bed 140x200 cm); from this room, there is access to the patio(cour anglaise), and a small scullery. The patio, surrounded by high walls, is a fine place to seek cool shadow on especially hot days.

At the top floor you'll find two bedrooms(each with a double bed160x200cm), a bathroom as well as a large south-facing terrasse with splendid view towards the mountains and the town.

From the parking place in front of the house, you'll find the entrance to a wonderful southeast-facing closed terrasse, from which there is further access to the house through a small entrance. Adjacent to the entrance lies the 5th bedroom of the house( twin beds, 90 x 200cm).

The house is fully equipped with appliances such as refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a TV, DVD player and a stereo. Outside there is everything you might need, sun beds and grills for barbequing. There are 4 bikes in two different sizes for adults. For the family with small children there are bed and chair for infants.

The house has central heating, which might be necessary during the chilly wintermonths. Belonging to house as well you'll find a large garage.

Please note that smoking is not permitted indoor as well as no pets are allowed!
